We are a small, growing car wash company that is trying to change the world. We believe that we can do that by changing the lives of our employees, customers, and everyone around us.
We are expanding our service team and are looking for the right individual to add to the solid foundation. We need someone who can work independently with superior troubleshooting skills.
Training and development is available for an individual who doesn't have the required experience but can demonstrate the willingness to learn quickly and work hard. If you have the skills but not the experience feel free to apply and note that in your application and we will consider you as well.
This is not a typical Service job, this is a technical position rooted in physical work, site awareness, and customer service. The perfect candidate will not only repair equipment efficiently, but also assess the site to make sure everything is performing as it should and assure the customer is happy with our service. You will also need to be willing to work in many different trade areas such as concrete, carpentry, security cameras, garage doors, heating, lighting, mechanics, and electronics. This is a great position if you love working on different tasks constantly and enjoy an ever changing environment.

Responsibilities:
The following is a list of the major tasks involved. This list is not comprehensive but its a good representation.
Perform scheduled and urgent service requests at customers location, within a 4 hour radius of warehouse. (home every night)
Able to Lift 50 pounds regularly.
Perform routine readiness checks on car washes during visits using provided check list.
Work with service director to identify issues and areas to increase performance of products.
Work with equipment team to install new equipment on projects when needed.
Deliver unprecedented customer service going above and beyond to meet the customers expressed and unexpressed needs.
Answer emergency service calls and service requests as needed.
Maintain warehouse inventory, truck inventory, order and source parts, and organize as needed.
Requirements:
Mechanical knowledge and ability
Ability to Learn Electrical (high 480v and low voltage 12-120v)
Ability to Learn Electronics (relay and plc logic)
Solid problem solving skills
High professionalism in character and appearance
Clear driving record
Ability to pass random drug tests and a background check
Ability to deliver the highest level of customer service under all conditions
