Do you need to control your system remotely? Does your system not have WiFi capability? We have helped several owners solve this propblem.
Most systems can be upgraded with WiFi to allow owners to control their systems while they are away. This has been especially useful for rental houses where the renters can leave the systems running continously.

We responded to a no cooling call and found this. I don’t believe this unit has ever been cleaned. We were able to defrost the unit and perform a “quick” cleaning to get the unit running before the renters arrived. A full deep clean will be done to restore the unit to its full performance.

Please don’t wait for your indoor units to stop working to have them cleaned. The dirtier the unit is the more it costs to operate.

We completed a ductless mini split project for a vacation home in Bethel. Four indoor units and one outdoor unit will provide cooling in the summer and heating in the winter. The Hisense equipment will provide heat down to -13F. All of the indoor units have WiFi that will allow the owners to control them remotely.
In addition to the heat pump install we upgraded their Rinnai direct vent propane heater with a WiFi Thermosatat.

We recently moved and properly re-installed an outdoor unit. The unit was sitting on a sunkin equipment pad which was really unlevel and didn’t allow the unit to drain the condensate during the winter. We raised the unit using an 18” tall stand. The unit is now level, drains properly, off the ground and away from the dirt and snow.
Another issue was that there wasn’t a code required electrical disconnect. We installed a disconnect and surge suppression.
Proper installation allows the equipment will operate as designed and ensures longevity.
