This summer, we're excited to host 17 interns from 13 different colleges and universities across a variety of disciplines, including Project Engineering, Quality Control, Safety, and Preconstruction.

Over the coming months, these talented students and emerging construction professionals will gain valuable hands-on experience, work alongside our project teams, and contribute to real projects that shape our communities.

We're proud to invest in the next wave of industry talent and look forward to seeing all they accomplish this summer. Welcome to the team!

Breaking ground on the future of St. Peter School 🎉

Earlier this week, we joined St. Peter School, MTFA Design + Preservation, AnchorPoint Services, parish leadership, and community members to celebrate the groundbreaking and blessing of the school's transformational modernization project on Capitol Hill.

The project will enhance learning environments, improve accessibility, and create new spaces that will support students and educators for generations to come. We are honored to partner with MTFA and AnchorPoint on this exciting project and look forward to helping bring this vision to life.

Last week, we celebrated Take Your Kids to Work Day! 👷‍♂️👷‍♀️

Our team welcomed the next generation into the office and job site for a day full of learning and hands-on fun. The kids toured our workspace, visited the Our Lady of Mercy project, and got a behind-the-scenes look at what we do every day.

After the project tour, they rolled up their sleeves for some construction-themed activities—building their own gumball machines and taking on an OpenSpace scavenger hunt.

A great day inspiring future builders and giving them a glimpse into the world of construction!

Our team had a great time at the ACE Mentor Program of Annapolis Trades Day today, connecting with students and sharing insights into careers in construction. It’s always rewarding to see so much curiosity, energy, and talent in the future workforce.

We recently held a milestone event at our ATCC Centennial Biomanufacturing Facility project to celebrate what matters most—our people and our progress.

We were proud to recognize our trade partners with safety awards for their commitment to keeping the jobsite safe every day. We also celebrated the continued progress of the facility alongside our partners from ATCC and Verity Commercial.
To top it off, we had the honor of celebrating Jim Gallagher’s retirement and his lasting impact on the team.
