Skills required:
• Microsoft Office Pro Package- with proficiency in Excel
• Quickbooks experience a must
• Professional and eloquent phone and customer service skills.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable
• Vendor Relations
• Ability to maintain organized filing system.
• Ablility to multi-task
• Valid Pa driver’s License
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and random drug screenings.

Special consideration for applicants with basic knowledge of construction terms and procedures. Or those with experience working in a construction office.

Hours vary but typically days during the week. No nights or weekends. Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record. Must be able to lift 30lbs and climb 8 ft ladder.
