Austin and Tyler did a great job re-setting the stone mantle and a full indoor grind out and tuckpoint back in to bring a face lift on this fireplace.

Austin Krueger led the way on this one with Rene and Mike, bringing this chimney back to life for Trinity Lutheran School in Davenport, Iowa this week. We ground it out solid and tuckpointed it back in with an acid wash and brick sealer to finish.

Robert was able to seal these brick expansion joints by mixing a custom color to match the brick in house. Id say it was pretty spot on!

We have completed the waterproofing with wrapping one of the largest vaults buried underground in Eastern Iowa for the University of Iowa Hospital in Iowa city, Iowa. TJ and Chris have battled this from the start. Through blood sweat and more sweat the whole team powered through this at times. Starting W.R. Meadows blindside waterproofing with the concrete floor poured into it, to wrapping up the walls and the ceiling with W.R. Meadows Melroll with drainage board and 2in protection board.

We got called in to try and save these new garage foundations from another company's patching job at the new Jade On Tremont apartment complex. Rene and Mike took control and ground down their uneven patches, while patching our own areas and sealing any cracks. Then, rolling on a 2 coat elastomeric paint to achieve a smooth sealed foundation.

Tj and Chris worked hard these last few weeks tearing out the failed sealant on these precast panels and re-sealing, stopping all leaks in Corravile, Iowa. We were able to custom color match the sealant in house for fast start and no painting after needed saving the owner money.

We completed a complete dig out with W.R. Meadows HLM5000 and protection course waterproofing system and expansion joint Emseal installation at the new Henry Stark Counties Special Education Wings Acadamy in kewanne, Illinois. Led by Austin and Tyler who worked hard to seal up this old place correctly from the exterior so no water get in, ever!
