For those of you who did not know!!! Your classmate, Wendell Kimbell, aka, Bernie K, is a National Treasure, Singer, Song Writer, Musician and one of the founding members of the group SOUND BARRIER! The first All Black Heavy Metal Band in the early 80's!! The poster of Sound Barrier was on many dormitory walls because the music and the message(s) hit home deeply, religiously, metallically and with a real twist never heard on this planet! Since then, and up to this date, Wendell (Bernie K) continues to light up stages, movies and commercials with his unique perception and delivery of sound and lyrics.

It's 1982 in Los Angeles, California and the LA heavy metal scene is about to explode. Major labels are signing all the hot local metal acts like Quiet Riot,...

Hip Hip! Hooray!
One of my customers showed me her Electric Bill for LADWP. It was $25.40!! As good as this sounds, LADWP bills every 2 months!! That means her electric bill is $12.70 per month! ($25.40/2) SOLAR WORKS!

We are looking for a few GOOD PEOPLE!
You have friends, relatives or neighbors that have electric bills! We can almost eliminate that with Solar Panels!

We offer a $500 finders fee if you simply help us get them the message. Of course, they need to sign up, but when we show them how we can lower or eliminate their electric bill the rest is easy. If you get more involved, the fee can go up! Here is what we need: Homeowner name, address, and copy of electric bill.....thats it. I will do the rest. Evaluate their electric use, make recommendations and prepare a proposal. Business or Residential.

And when they sign up.....you get paid!

How Do I Save Money With Solar?

This is the question many ask when they are evaluating the benefits and reasons for switching to "Solar" electricity. Let's look at what happens when you "DO NOT" switch to Solar panels. (1) You continue paying your utility bill for electricity every month, and (2) your electric bill usually goes up every year, for the rest of your life! If your electric bill is $150 per month, that means that you have paid over $9,000 in the past 5 years ($150*12 mo*5 years), you will never see it again, and is sure to go higher next year! You NEVER stop paying the Utility Company so you are always at their whim if and when they raise prices.

However, when you place Solar Panels on your roof, your utility bill can be reduced to an average cost of $18-$22 per month. You almost eliminate the yearly increase in the utility bill because you are getting your energy from the sun. And, your panels get paid off so you do not pay forever. They are either paid off immediately with a cash payment, or, they are financed and paid off over time. Either way, you choose not the utility company!

INCENTIVES!
There is No Money Down / No Money out of Pocket if you decide to go solar and do not want to pay cash. There is also a 30% tax incentive offered by Uncle Sam (IRS) for installing Solar and reducing the drain on the electrical grid. That is a huge savings that can come back to you on your tax return. Additionally, if you need a roof, getting solar can help you apply the 30% tax incentive to its cost thereby saving you another $3000-$5000. There are some rules on this so consult your tax consultant.
