After years of working for other landscapers and contractors, brother-sister duo, Garrett and Marlena knew they wanted to form their own company. They wanted to work within a different culture. In 2017, Garrett and Marlena founded G&M Outdoor Services with the goal of creating a positive and uplifting environment for their employees and customer

We’re hiring!

G&M is looking for a Shop / Yard Assistant to join our team.

This position is a great fit for someone who likes working with equipment, staying busy, and helping keep things running behind the scenes.

Responsibilities include:
Small repairs and maintenance on trucks, trailers, and equipment
Detailing and cleaning equipment and vehicles
Keeping the yard clean and organized
Organizing materials, tools, and supplies
Helping with general shop and yard tasks as needed

Experience with equipment, tools, or basic maintenance is helpful, but we’re willing to train the right person.
