Not all minisplits hang on the wall! This customer had problems heating and cooling two upstairs bedrooms. We were able to install this single mini split in a closet to provide efficient heating and cooling through ductwork to both bedrooms.

Minisplits can fit a variety of applications for supplemental heating and cooling and can typically save quite a bit on your energy usage.

It's that time of year! As warmer weather approaches, we recommend homeowners take a few simple steps to get their air conditioner ready for the season.

These are some of the most common issues we see during spring service calls, and in many cases, a quick check at home can help avoid unnecessary repairs and save money.

Before starting your system, please check the following:

-Replace the air filter
-Clear leaves, dirt, and debris away from the outdoor unit
-Make sure supply and return vents are open and unobstructed
-Check your thermostat settings and batteries if needed
-Take any AC covers off the outdoor condenser
-Make sure your breaker is turned on

After you check these things turn the system on early to confirm it is working properly. If your system is not cooling as it should, or if you notice unusual noises, weak airflow, or other concerns, it may be time for a professional inspection.

😎 great job Chad and Tony! This mini split was installed in a home that only has electric baseboard for heating and no AC. It will do wonders on saving this customer money on their heating bill and will provide some very comfortable zoned cooling.

We installed a closed loop for a customer’s geothermal unit this week. Had some fun even amidst all the rain and mud. Got everything cleaned up nice and the unit up and running!

Had a bit of a rush last month trying to get as many customers’ geothermal units replaced before the tax credit ended as we could. Here are a few of them we did. Thank you Chad, Tony, and Skyler for putting in the extra hours to get them done!
