It’s been a hot and busy summer! Here are a few more of our projects we’ve been working on recently.

Thank you to our install crew Chad, Tony, and Skyler for taking care of all the leg work to get our customers some much needed cold air blowing! And thank you Charlie for handling all the logistics to get these jobs lined up. Not all minisplits hang on the wall! This customer had problems heating and cooling two upstairs bedrooms. We were able to install this single mini split in a closet to provide efficient heating and cooling through ductwork to both bedrooms.

Minisplits can fit a variety of applications for supplemental heating and cooling and can typically save quite a bit on your energy usage.

It's that time of year! As warmer weather approaches, we recommend homeowners take a few simple steps to get their air conditioner ready for the season.

These are some of the most common issues we see during spring service calls, and in many cases, a quick check at home can help avoid unnecessary repairs and save money.

Before starting your system, please check the following:

-Replace the air filter
-Clear leaves, dirt, and debris away from the outdoor unit
-Make sure supply and return vents are open and unobstructed
-Check your thermostat settings and batteries if needed
-Take any AC covers off the outdoor condenser
-Make sure your breaker is turned on

After you check these things turn the system on early to confirm it is working properly. If your system is not cooling as it should, or if you notice unusual noises, weak airflow, or other concerns, it may be time for a professional inspection.
