This project, undertaken in a Billings industrial powder coating facility, highlights that not every coating application is focused on aesthetics. We utilized ENECON DuraFill, in conjunction with leftover steel blasting grit, to screed the floor and significantly enhance its smoothness. The client previously experienced difficulties with carts carrying freshly powder-coated components due to the floor's rough surface. Yikes! By the time we got done sandblasting the area around this drain fl**ge in a large aluminum tanker, there was nothing left! This trailer was considered to be scrap, but we’ve brought it back to life. Some patience, creativity, and quite a bit of ENECON DurAlloy solved the problem.

Time for a fast, but permanent repair! One of our own trucks (we just bought it) was found to have an oil pan that was rusted through and had a previous box store epoxy fix that had failed.

We needed to get it back in service fast, so we used ENECON SpeedAlloy, fiberglass mat, and CeramAlloy CL+AC to repair and reinforce the thin area. We then painted it black before everything was fully cured. It’s a tough spot to get to, so it’s not pretty, but no more leak!

Not every ENECON repair has to be huge, have you got some SpeedAlloy in your toolbox?

It’s a rare day that we’re able to have a shop day in the summer. Time for some maintenance!

Did you that we do in-shop repairs and coatings?

This aluminum vac trailer has corrosion causing pinhole leaks. We’ll use our Dustless Blasting system to prep it, ENECON DurAlloy to repair the corrosion, and CHEMCLAD GP to line and protect it. There’s also some fab work to do inside that we’ll take care of.

We’re all wrapped up at Signal Peak Energy on wall repairs and containment area coating. Lots of work went into this little space, but we got it taken care of in three days.

ENECON DuraQuartz LW, DuraFill, and CHEMCLAD GP, and ENESEAL CR were used to repair and protect. The damaged cinder blocks were core drilled in the third row and filled with grout to help regain some structure.
