A little hands-on learning at the PE office yesterday! 🚑

We welcomed Big Sky CPR Training to our office for a team-wide CPR certification training. It was a great opportunity to learn and practice lifesaving skills that can make a difference when it matters most.

A big thank-you to Big Sky CPR Training for spending the day with our team and helping us be better prepared for an emergency!

Last week, Taylor Kasperick represented Performance Engineering at the Zweig Group / SNZweig Elevate AEC Conference in Park City, Utah, where he proudly accepted our 2026 Best Firms to Work For and Hot Firm awards!

These awards reflect the dedication of our entire team and the commitment we bring to our clients, each other and our community every day.

Beyond the recognition, the conference was a valuable opportunity to exchange ideas and explore how firms across the country are navigating emerging technologies, workforce changes and industry trends. We're bringing those insights back to help us continue growing, improving and delivering the best for our clients.

Performance Engineering worked with the Lockwood Irrigation District on improvements to its irrigation system, including upgrades to the existing pump station infrastructure. The project included replacing large-diameter steel pipe and two pumps to help strengthen a system relied on by irrigable properties throughout the district.
