Annual maintanance is crucial when it comes to Air Conditioning. Here are some photos of todays scheduled maintanance calls. As uou can see there is no mercy outside. Cleanliness is crucial for air flow and energy savings.

We also found a small leak on a unit that is only 2 years old. After doing a diagnostics test we found that it is a minor leak and can be monitored over time.

When switching to a high efficiency furnace it is important to make sure that your water heater vent is properly sized. A liner or other methods can be used to prevent damage to your home or even CO poisoning. This vent was not done correctly after a high efficiency furnace was added. To me heating and cooling is a high tech art. I love sharing photos of my work with you. When I design a system I like to figure out what is going to look the best and perform the best. Most of the time my work is hidden in a crawlspace behind walls doors closets or sheet rock. It may not be a siding job for everyone to see but people spend thousands or tens of thousands on these systems. Here is a system that is in an attic that I just bid.
