Matco Acoustics, Inc. is looking to hire suspended acoustical ceiling & wall panel installers. Opportunities for advancement. Must be able to travel and work out of town. Must be able to work at heights above 8 feet on scaffolds and lifts. Responsibilities include: Working in a safe manner, be able to follow work orders & safety policy while performing job duties. Maintain open communication with supervisors, be able to voice questions and concerns. Maintain a good attendance record. Must be able to read a tape measure. Qualifications: 2 plus years Acoustical Ceiling or Carpentry work. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks. Ability to lift up to 70+ pounds, to work over head, bending, standing and walking. Skilled in the operation of hand tools. Must be able to work in a fast paced, changing environment. Must be able to work in a team setting with the ability to be trained and take direction from peers. Must have a valid drivers license and be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening. Wage: $15.00-$20.00 per hour depending on experience and performance.
