Oildigger has several non-operated (Non-OP) opportunities available or coming available soon. The advantages of non-op investments are:

• Accounting/Invoice Tracking – Who enjoys reviewing and paying bills? Over 500 invoices can come in while drilling and completing a horizontal oil and gas well. As the non-operator, you’re afforded the luxury of letting the Operator deal with all the paperwork and summarizing it for you into a single document– a JIB (Joint Interest Billing) statement;
• Daily Operations/Headaches – As a Non-Op partner, you’re not having to deal with the daily operations/headaches. Those are left to the operator;
• Regulatory Forms/Filings – The operator is responsible for filing the production reports, air permits, etc. taking those responsibilities off the non-operated partners; and
• Tax Deductions/Active Investment – Unlike other investments where you may not be the operating partner of the asset, the tax code still allows for non-op investments to be deducted against your active income. This can be very beneficial for high earning business owners or professionals that are generating a big tax liability annually.**
