Correct belt tension is key to proper set up of your TKI CNC belt drive. Especially on Ski Doo applications where the gears see the most movement as the engine heats up.

Setting belt tension on a cold machine can result in premature belt failures. Be sure to leave plenty of room for expansion before bringing the sled up to temp and setting proper tension.
