Before and after!!!

So this was a tricky one! Customer was selling their home and these were the results from that inspection.

I went under the home and cleared out the debris and inspected for any other issues. One issue found was an old water pipe that had been installed behind the rim joist and wasn’t sealed so water was coming through damaging the structure.

This project consisted of removing the sill gasket, sill joist, and rim joist, sprayed for mold and bacterial growth, and replacing the sill and rim joist. Effectively eleminating the need for the floor supports. And laying a water v***r barrier.

The project was a success as it passed the inspection process and the customer was able to sell their home just days after we provided our services

Before and after pics

Strong winds made some limbs fall and caused some damage. After getting on the roof to remove the limbs we found the gutters were completely clogged and water damage occurred behind the gutters and on the soffit. (Gutters will be installed at a later date).

Gutters need to be maintained or they will clog causing damage.
