Another great job in the books! We took care of a lot of rotted wood that the homeowner wasn’t even aware of due to missing and lifted shingles. We went back with this beautiful Certainteed dimensional “Moire Black” shingle. Another great project complete! We were able to replace 18 pcs of decking along with 3 pcs of fascia, all of the drip edge and also re-flash the entire bottom front half of the house. We upgraded him from a 3-tab roof to a dimensional shingle for a great deal. For anyone needing a price on any construction needs contact us.

Another beautiful CertainTeed dimensional “Weatherwood” shingle roof job complete! We were able to replace some rotted wood where water was getting in on the front 2 valleys as well as replace flashing and more rotted wood around chimney. If anyone has water getting in from this rain, old roof in general or any other construction work needs. We do repairs and will give free quotes. Contact us!

Last week’s work was a success! We were able to repair some rotted fascia/soffit as well as seal up all components on roof and both chimneys. Another mission complete! We were able to replace a piece of rotted ply wood as well as add a ridge vent across the entire roof. We went back with a 50 yr Certainteed brand “Moire Black” shingle.
