The Robert F. Kennedy Community Schools campus, built on the former Ambassador Hotel site, serves a dense urban neighborhood as a public K-12 school. The perforated metal facade provides shade, durability, and visual interest while maintaining openness to Wilshire Boulevard. Its pattern reduces the scale of the buildings, adds exterior texture, and enhances the learning environment. Designed to promote public access, student dignity, and long-term community use, the facade establishes a strong civic presence and meets practical needs for screening, enclosure, and sun control.

The Green Line’s Cermak McCormick Place Station is just one stop among the hundreds on the CTA “L” train line. It also features a copious amount of perforated metal supplied by Accurate. Infill panels, partitions, railings, and screening align the stop. A circle pattern made from aluminum was selected for the project to add both decorative and functional aspects to the station. The perf panels are on the outside and inside and feature many of our customizable options, including creating borders around the panels and mounting holes to make it easy for the contractor to install them onsite.

The Ventura County Medical Center replacement wing incorporates an AMICO Picture PERFect perforated metal facade as an integral element of its patient-centered design, which draws inspiration from the Southern California coast. Exterior screens and canopies mitigate the visual impact of the four-story structure, regulate sunlight, and introduce dimensionality to the sand-colored precast concrete envelope. Drawing from coastal textures, fluid lines, and the rhythmic qualities of the Pacific Ocean, the facade establishes a tranquil and unified identity for the hospital while integrating the new wing with the existing campus. This approach results in a resilient and functional exterior that enhances occupant comfort, strengthens the building’s civic presence, and affirms VCMC’s role as an accessible and compassionate public healthcare facility.
