Our team is back in the office after spending some time with more than 1000 industry friends at ICSC + CenterBuild in Arizona. The outlook was positive, and many of our retail partners have big things planned for 2026.

We’re so proud of the library we recently finished in Irondale, AL. This beautiful facility doubled the space of the previous library and created an amazing meeting hub for the community. Our corporate campus is also located in Irondale, so this hometown build was extra special.
