We're hiring!

We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking team member to assist with general construction, material handling, jobsite preparation, cleanup, and other fieldwork on residential and commercial projects.
Construction experience is helpful but not required—we’re looking for someone who shows up, works safely, takes direction, and is ready to learn.

Driving Requirements:
A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record are required. Candidates must be eligible for coverage under the Company’s automobile insurance policy and must not have had a driving-related conviction, license suspension, or other disqualifying driving violation within the previous three (3) years. This includes, but is not limited to, DUI/DWI, driving with a suspended license, driving without required liability insurance, or other violations that result in ineligibility under the Company’s automobile insurance policy.

Hiring will depend on the results of driver’s license report from the ND DOT and possible background check.

This custom home is another Paramount build where the details do the talking. From the bold exterior to the warm wood tones and seriously gorgeous finishes inside, it was built to feel anything but cookie-cutter.

This one came together pretty beautifully, if we do say so ourselves. 👏

We have approximately 12 pool days a year in North Dakota, so we want to make them count! ☀️

Before the weather cools down, we had to give a little appreciation to some of the incredible homes we've build with pools in the backyard. Because sure, pool season might be short… but when your backyard looks like this, it’s worth it. 😎💦

The owners of Midtown Dental had a vision for a one-of-a-kind tooth feature behind their reception desk and shared their inspiration with our Design Coordinator, Jayden, who turned the idea into a custom design.

From there, our Field Supervisor, Matt, brought it to life, handcrafting the piece and putting his skills to work on all the details that made the design possible.

Today it officially went up, and we love seeing the finished product in its new home.

A custom idea, designed and built by our team specifically for Midtown Dental.
