On behalf of everyone at KSW, when I (Chris Ramsey) say thank you for coming out and supporting our 10th Annual Crawfish Boil. This event is much anticipated each year by our employees, customers, vendors, and friends. Back-to-back years without great weather, but we had the biggest attendance out of all the previous years. The venue was great to accommodate everyone despite the early rain and cool weather, but I look forward to next year with hopefully some sunny weather again.
Thanks to Seth Citron and his team from Crawdaddy’s On-site catering, they come all the way up from Lafayette, Louisiana to cook 3,500lbs of crawfish (750lbs more than last year), 1,400lbs of shrimp (400lbs more than last year), and 1,600lbs of corn and potatoes (800lbs more than last year) to make sure everyone on site gets plenty to eat and all our customers in the field as well. We will have to up the amounts for next year since we only had about 5% leftover. It’s cool and humbling to see how much this event has grown year after year.
Thanks to Jay D Enterprises and our employees for helping with deliveries to all our field customers. We had a total of 8 trucks between Jay D Enterprises and KSW that started loading at 10:00 am to deliver to sites where KSW has equipment in the field.
Thanks to Stephen Paul, who came up from Nashville to play acoustic throughout the day, and he brought along a friend from Nashville, Bryce Carlisle.
Congratulations to all the raffle winners!!!
We are looking forward to the 11th Annual next year.
