Loenbro Founded in 1998 by Paul and Jon Leach, Loenbro began as a small team of welders focusing predominantly on refinery projects throughout Montana.

As our reputation for quality work expanded, so did our company, allowing us to explore the many new and emerging areas within our industry. We have also continued to invest our time and resources in the best tools, the latest technologies, and training our team to ensure that they consistently deliver the best products and services available anywhere. Today, Loenbro offers various services, inclu

ding plant maintenance, phased array inspection, HDPE fusion, exotic materials welding, heat treating, pipeline construction, industrial insulation, and heavy industrial construction. Our team now includes more than 1,300 of the best welders and industry professionals available anywhere. Together, we continue to look for new opportunities to better meet our client's changing needs.

Loenbro is excited to announce the 2026 cohort of Learning & Development's NextGen – Early Career Advancement Program—comprised of a record-setting 30 summer interns and two new project engineers!

The NextGen program is a key driver in developing emerging talent, strengthening our presence in the communities we serve, and bringing fresh ideas and energy across the company. As these capable individuals start at our offices and job sites, hands-on experience and engagement will play a critical role in shaping the cohort's development and contribution.

June is National Safety Month! During Construction Safety Week we focused on the three pillars of safety — Recognize, Respond, and Respect — and considered what it means to be All In Together. Now we continue that focus, joining the National Safety Council to dedicate attention to safety issues faced in the workplace and beyond. For more than 100 years the NSC has been a leader in workplace safety, offering free resources to help prevent injuries, save lives, and reduce preventable deaths. We all deserve to make it home safe every day!

WEEK 1: Promote a culture of safety with forward-thinking strategies and tools.
WEEK 2: Focus on roadway safety to help reduce crashes with practical guidance for drivers, pedestrians and fleets.
Week 3: Encourage worker wellbeing with holistic health support, providing insights on mental, physical and emotional health.
Week 4: Reduce common workplace and home accidents with targeted prevention of slip, trip, and fall hazards.

On May 22nd, Loenbro team members joined in the fun at the 2026 Tennessee Spring Clay Shoot—an exciting event raising funds for KY/TN Section American Water Works Association and Clean Water Professionals-Kentucky/Tennessee student chapters at seven universities across the region!

Proceeds from the shoot help to fund scholarships, outreach events, and student attendance at the 2026 KY/TN Water Professionals Conference in Lexington, KY.

We’re proud to support the future of water professionals—thanks to everyone who came out and made the day a success!

This month, our Loenbro Rocky Mountain teammates were excited to be part of the 13th Annual Hope House 5K & Fun Run, supporting Hope House Colorado—an organization dedicated to empowering parenting teen moms to build strong, self-sufficient futures for themselves and their children!

Thanks to incredible community support, this year’s event raised an amazing $117,000!

Whether running the course or volunteering at our tent, our team showed up ready to give their best. We’re grateful for the heart, time, and energy our team continues to pour into supporting such an incredible cause.

Loenbro was excited to be part of the Williston Basin Petroleum Conference in Bismarck, ND this week—which brings together some of the top minds in the petroleum industry!

From discussions on breakthrough technologies to evolving energy markets and untapped opportunities, the conference offered valuable insight into where our industry is headed. Thanks to Ed Walker and Kyle Petersen for representing our team and engaging with leaders across the region!

Thank you to all who continue to serve our country and support our communities!

Last week, our teams across the company came together to recognize Construction Safety Week and what it means to be All In Together—with a focus on the pillars of Recognize, Respond, and Respect.

Throughout the week across locations, teams gathered for safety breakfasts and lunches, creating time to connect, have meaningful conversations, and refocus on the fundamentals that keep everyone safe every day. Members of our senior leadership team also spent time out on jobsites, connecting directly with crews and reinforcing our shared commitment to safety in the field.

At one of our projects, the team also participated in a dunk tank event hosted by our partner, PCL Construction—bringing a little fun to the week while continuing to build strong relationships and encourage engagement around safety!

Thank you to everyone who participated and shared photos. Construction Safety Week may be behind us, but being All In Together is something we carry forward every day!

Loenbro’s Training & Recruiting teams in Dallas, TX were honored to recently welcome and train students from IEC Dallas and ForgeNow, a veteran-fofacused trade school—with the help of our amazing partners and our new Loenbro training mobile unit!

Loenbro visited the IEC Dallas classroom to discuss our electrical apprenticeship curriculum and provide an overall company overview to the students.

We also hosted ForgeNow students at our Loenbro Mobile Training Unit so they could see the space and discuss our apprenticeship program and culture of training & achievement. During and after the event, several of these students proceeded to fill out job applications at Loenbro!

We’re always excited to work with the next generation of industry leaders—thank you to everyone who helped make this event possible!
