Summary

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team in the United States. The Estimator will play a critical role in our projects by providing accurate cost estimates and ensuring that our operations align with our commitment to quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities

Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects.
Collaborate with project managers to assess project requirements.
Conduct negotiations with clients and subcontractors as needed.
Monitor project costs and implement cost control measures.
Review contracts and ensure compliance with specifications.
Provide support during the bidding process.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and pricing.

Qualifications
2 years experience
Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry.
Strong understanding of construction estimating principles.
Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving favorable outcomes.
Familiarity with cost control practices and project management methodologies.
Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members.
