Founded by Mr. Alcides Silva, who came to the United States from Brazil in the early 2000s, Strategia Builders represents over 20 years of hands-on experience in the remodeling and construction industry. Alcides is not just the owner he is the one who secures the projects, manages every job, oversees each site, and ensures every remodel meets the highest standards from start to finish.
Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, Alcides works closely with clients to bring their vision to life with clear communication and attention to detail.
Strategia Builders is proudly family-owned and operated. Behind the scenes, his wife supports the company through administration, finance, legal, compliance, and day-to-day operations. Alongside her, their son is learning the trade as an apprentice, gaining hands-on experience and continuing the family legacy through dedication, discipline, and craftsmanship.
