TJB Homes Custom Home Builder, Remodeler, Commercial and Residential Land Development. In the earlier years Tom Bought and rennovated himself over 50 properties.

Tom bought his first investment property at 19 years old and became licensed in Real Estate in 1974. In 1976 he started buying Apartment building and restoring the tenants and selling them into Limited Partnerships. In 1980 Tom started TJB Homes and decided that building new and exciting homes was more where he wanted to be. During the mid 80's the average sale price of a new home was $650,000.00

which compares to a $1.8 Million dollar home today. Tjb Homes since 1980 has built just over 1200 homes in the medium price range to well over $3 Million Dollars. In 2007 and 2009 TJB Homes Built two Homes for the award winning TV show "Extreme Home Makeover" and starred along side TY Pennington. Tjb Homes built these two homes totally free of charge. Tjb Homes is a family company with all three children and a nephew involved in the business. All of the kids are intimately involved with the customer to make sure they get the Home of their Dreams. TJB Homes also builds Commercial buildings, does Land Development, has a rental management service business and also has a Real Estate Brokerage company called Homes USA Realty.
