We build machines that weigh tons. The smallest thing on our floor this week weighed two pounds. A stack of backpacks for students across the Twin Cities metro.

Notebooks, pencils, the good markers. Packed and ready before the first bell. The bags were filled here at the shop, from supplies the Viking team donated.

When the new school year starts, kids walk in carrying everything they need.

Fifty years of building. Some things are built to be carried.

Earlier this week the Viking team got together for our quarterly State of Viking. President Kurt Larsen, and the rest of the Leadership Team, provided updates on company progress and upcoming opportunities.

We recognized Darcy Jendro for her 10 years of outstanding service and crowned our newest Accountability Champion, Jody Loppnow, for her amazing representation of Viking’s core values.

Finally, the Viking HR team treated us to some delicious BBQ!
