One of the latest! Propane tank in the ground, 750 feet of gutter drain laid, some topsoil on the areas that are done as well as the driveway prepped to pour! We will be back when the power company gets the power pulled in to finish the topsoil before the sod is put down!

Also knocked out the septic addition this past week on this one! We will be back sometime next week to fix the driveway ...

Had the chance to swing back by this lot and get the septic and back fill knocked out last week! We will see this one in a few months to finish up with the final grade and prep the driveway to be poured. On to the next one!

Before and afters of one of the latest! Had to get the dirt cut back from the house so the future owners didnt walk out the front door straight into a slope! Backfilled for a nice patio coming out of the basement, put in all the gutter drains, ran conduit for the electrical and water, buried the propane tank, cut the driveway down to be poured and lastly put down some screened topsoil so the yard would have some good grass!
