Completed this home today in Choctaw. It is 3004 square feet and was finished ahead of schedule in 154 working days. The customer sold their home the day they listed it. I was able to schedule all of my subs working on top of each other to allow them to move in today without renting a place to stay. It’s always bitter sweet finishing each home. Looking forward to new jobs coming up this year.

Productive week so far. Sidewalks, Tile, Water Well, final grading, cabinets deliver Monday. This house in Choctaw is transforming quickly.

Fiberglass post were warping and causing the brick to crack on back porch gable. Jacked the back roof line back close to level again and replaced post. House looks updated. Love the new post.

Bittersweet day!!! I had the opportunity to build a home for a fellow alumni. It was a great experience and I am thankful for the opportunity. Congratulations on your new home, it turned out beautiful. Slightly under budget and ahead of schedule. I love every day of my job and I love seeing my customers dreams come true. I hate when I am no longer needed. lol.

3 months to the day tomorrow. Outside is painted, Brickers are laying brick, Sheetrock delivered and ready to hang, aerobic scheduled for 4/4. This house in Choctaw will be done in a few months or less.

Started this job 9/15/25 and completed on 2/26/26. We work late nights and most weekends. It is very rewarding to see a home complete with such high quality. I have the best subcontractors who make my job easy. Self washing paint on the brick, maple cabinets, spray foam, high efficiency HVAC. Low utilities for a lifetime.

Cleaned floors on a Saturday so that we can begin tile on Monday. Not one crack in this floor. Built right the first time!!
