We did it and ! Work at our Old Mill project is officially complete! It was certainly a team effort over the last year.

We took this outdated 2,200 sq. ft. ranch and reconfigured the entire footprint of the home - adding 10 ft ceilings, relocating stair cases, added bedrooms/bathrooms, and an outdoor lanai.

Clients are thrilled and already moving in. We cannot wait to share more about this journey and construction on this home.

A true labor of love…. Not a detail was missed on this home addition - building a custom golf simulator with a private entrance, full bathroom, custom stair case, storage lockers, custom beams, tile and brick veneer walls, and a with a separate entrance off the primary suite.
