PDS Engineering & Construction is proud to break ground on an exciting expansion for Ramar-Hall, Inc. in Middlefield, Connecticut!
The project includes three additions to Ramar-Hall’s existing facility, totaling approximately 15,000 square feet of new manufacturing space. This expansion will help increase production capacity, support continued growth, and strengthen Ramar-Hall’s role in Connecticut’s aerospace and defense manufacturing industry.

Founded in 1956, Ramar-Hall has built a strong reputation for precision machining and assembly of components for both military and commercial aerospace applications. We’re excited to help write the next chapter of that history.

We were also honored to have Connecticut Lieutenant Governor Susan Bysiewicz join Ramar-Hall, PDS, project partners, employees, and members of the community to celebrate this important milestone.

Congratulations to the entire Ramar-Hall team. We look forward to bringing these additions to life!

Another major milestone on site!

We recently completed our second major concrete floor pour for this 70,000-square-foot structural steel addition for Allied Printing Services. Designed to expand production operations, this 30-foot-tall structure features warehouse space, two overhead doors, heavy-duty structural steel, and energy-efficient insulated metal panels.

Great work by our field crews keeping this build running smoothly from the ground up.

Exciting news—work has officially begun on a new 12,000 sq. ft. pre-engineered metal building for Nitro! 🚛💨

This modern facility is purpose-built for commercial fleet repair and maintenance (servicing Amazon delivery trucks), complete with multi-bay service areas, 4 overhead doors, an on-site natural gas fueling station, an outdoor wash bay, and dedicated staging parking.

Follow along as we take this project from the ground up! 🏗️

Huge News! PDS Engineering & Construction has recieved national recognition in Metal Construction News!

We’re honored to receive the 2026 MBCEA Award of Excellence for our work on the new Mitchell Subaru dealership in Canton, CT! Out of entries across the country, this project stood out for its design complexity, modern aesthetics, and green building innovations.

As the general contractor, we constructed this 32,000 square foot facility to support Mitchell Subaru’s growing operations. The building features a two-story vaulted showroom, 14 service bays & indoor vehicle drop off, recycled water car wash, rooftop roles panels, and sustainable materials earning Subaru Eco-Friendly Dealer Certification! ☀️🌷

Construction is moving right along at Liam's Landing 18,000 square foot apartment building in Plainville! This 3 story residential structure is made up of wood framing, vinyl siding, andersen windows, shingle roof, interior finishes, mechanical, electrical and plumbing. 👌🛠

New siding job at Camm Metals in East Windsor came out looking sharp by our field crew: Scott, Shawn, Tommy, Richie and Mark! The project entailed removing and installing 11,000 square feet of new metal siding and trim. CAMM Metals, Inc. 👊🛠️
