An asynchronous assembly line designed to give operators the flexibility to work at their own pace while keeping other processes moving.

This VersaMove Plus system uses a rectangular conveyor loop with multiple operator stations, allowing each pallet to stop independently for assembly, inspection, or processing.

The buffer return line allows completed or empty pallets to circulate back through the system, creating a continuous workflow without requiring operators to manually return pallets.

Building a line and need a manufacturing partner who can flex across product types? This month's mash shows the range:

🡲 Light-duty pallet handling in tight spaces (VersaFlex P08)
🡲 Multi-process large parallel pallet recirculation (VersaMove Plus)
🡲 Adjustable-width lanes for variable product runs for batching (ZRF-P 2010)

One partner, one supply chain, systems engineered to integrate cleanly into your automation cell; not bolted on as an afterthought.

If you're an OEM or integrator sourcing conveyor for your next build, let's talk about what mk North America can spec for you.

This CleanMove Plus system starts with an adjustable V-Style Hugger Conveyor that gently grips canisters between two adjustable conveyor lanes. As products move through the system, they're inkjet marked and immediately verified by a vision camera before transferring to a second conveyor for sorting.

Rejected products are diverted to a reject bin, while approved canisters continue to the designated outfeed.

The result:
✔ Stable product handling
✔ Reliable print verification
✔ Automated reject sorting
✔ Continuous product flow

A compact conveyor with a precise purpose.

In this application, circuit board assemblies are transferred from an existing accumulator to a robot-ready pick location. Every design element is focused on presenting each PCB in the same position, allowing the robot to operate consistently without compensating for part variation.

System highlights:
• Lightweight PCB assemblies transported on dual anti-static belts
• Compact 116 mm frame for easy integration
• 4.5 mm micro rollers assisting a modified fixed end stop nest at discharge for improved end-of-arm tooling access

The biggest bottleneck in automation usually isn't conveyor speed.

It's everything that happens between conveyors.

When products need to change elevation, rotate 90°, accumulate, queue, transfer, reject, and return to the main line, every transition becomes a potential source of downtime.

That's why high-performance material handling starts with engineering the entire system, not just selecting conveyor sections.

This project integrates:
• Vertical product elevation
• Multi-zone accumulation
• 90° transfers
• Overhead sweep technology
• Gravity reject handling
• Safety and grounding provisions
• Modular conveyor architecture designed for future expansion

The result isn't just moving parts.

It's controlling product flow with repeatable precision.

Here's how this TKU 2040 solution moves product:

🡲 An operator loads a component into a dedicated fixture mounted on the pallet.

🡲 The synchronous attachment chain indexes every pallet to the next station.

🡲 Each pallet stops in a repeatable position for processing.

🡲 After completing each cycle, the conveyor indexes again.

🡲 At the end of the line, a robot unloads the finished component before the next pallet arrives.

It's a simple sequence designed to create predictable automation and repeatable production.

Continuous production depends on more than conveyor speed. It depends on managing product flow.

This system combines two MBF-P 2040 plastic modular conveyors with rotating turntables to keep small tubes, bottles, and cosmetic boxes moving from the production machine to the operator. Cleats on the infeed conveyor maintain product spacing, while the downstream conveyor includes a manual diverter that routes products to rotating accumulation tables whenever additional buffering is needed.

By separating machine output from manual unloading, the system helps reduce interruptions, improve operator ergonomics, and maintain steady production.

Why use a VersaFlex wedge conveyor?

Traditional conveyors support products from underneath.

Our VersaFlex wedge conveyor works differently.

Two synchronized conveyor lanes gently grip the sides of the product, allowing it to travel vertically or along steep inclines while maintaining continuous control and flow. This design is especially effective for tall, lightweight containers that could tip or become unstable on conventional incline conveyors.

In this application, product is funneled into the wedge conveyor before being lowered directly to the customer's existing production equipment.

Evaluating conveyors for pharmaceutical product transfer?

Key design considerations include:
✔ FDA-compliant belting
✔ Cleated belts for steep inclines
✔ Stainless steel product guides
✔ Low-maintenance bearings
✔ Smooth integration between processing equipment

This KFG-P 2000 pharmaceutical application demonstrates scoop-style cleats elevating tablets from the press line to the next stage of production with reliable, repeatable movement for downstream processes.
