CURRENT OPEN POSITIONS AT M3

M3 is growing and looking for motivated individuals to join our team! We are currently hiring for the following full-time positions:

• Laser Sort / Shakeout- 1st & 2nd Shift- entry level position
• 2nd Shift Saw/Tube Laser Operator - Looking for some manufacturing experience and can train the right individual.
• Additional jobs opening expected with internal advancement or current employees.

✅ Benefits start after 60 days
✅ 2nd shift = +$2 hr premium shift differential
💰 Pay based on experience
🎯 Quarterly performance bonuses with opportunity for additional 240 hours of pay annually.
📈 Year-end profit-sharing averaging over 200+ hours on top of quarterly bonus.

Tired of working 50+ hours and consuming your weekends? We operate on a 4-10 schedule, Monday - Thursday with OT on Friday for 1st shift and Sunday for Second shift. Our OT day is for 8 Hours only and no additional days required. Additional hours may be available but NOT required.

Been a while since we have posted but we have been busy. Exciting times around the shop. Our 56,000 SqFt expansion is done and our new state of the art powder coating line is nearing completion. We are starting to see the finish line! Can’t wait to eliminate our bottleneck and give us the freedom to process more part faster! Can’t wait to post the finished product but here is a sneak peak of the installation in progress.
