It takes a commitment to keep learning, challenging ideas and getting better together.
Last week, Turner Mining Group brought 25 operations professionals together from across the country for three days focused on strengthening our operations, developing our leaders and building relationships.
From conversations around safety, operational performance, innovation and leadership to escape rooms, a cooking experience and volunteering in the community, we made the most of every opportunity to learn and connect.
Taking this group away from their day-to-day operations is no small undertaking. But investing the time to share knowledge, work through challenges and build stronger relationships is how we continue moving forward.
A huge thank-you to everyone who planned, participated, shared their experience and made these three days so valuable.
