992 meet 777. Apart, they're worth a few dollars, sure. Together, they're feeding a lot of families for years.

There's no stat for a clean pass. No scoreboard for a perfect cycle. But every operator on a good crew knows the feeling when the timing is right and the loader and the haul truck are working like one machine. Two people who make it look effortless.

Today is one of the few days we don't focus on the work. We take stock, and acknowledge the men and women who made it possible to do this work freely, in this country, every single day.

On Memorial Day, we're grateful for the freedom to do this work because of the ones who aren't here anymore. We're grateful today for the ones that came home, and we remember the ones who didn't and live in their honor. Thank you to our Veterans and service men and women.

Building the right crews in Texas means finding people who understand what silica demands, and who take it personally when the work is not done to the highest standard.

Our operators know that every pass counts. That a balanced load is not a technicality but a reflection of the care and precision that separates a reliable operation from an inconsistent one. In the Texas Permian Basin, we have built that. Operators who understand that the small behaviors, how you maintain your equipment, how you hand it off, how you communicate across shifts, are not incidental to the work. They are the work.

That attention to detail is what keeps production moving and people safe. It does not happen by accident.

Turner Mining Group has earned that understanding through years of direct operational experience in the Permian Basin. We know the material. We know what the sites demand. We build crews with the judgment and accountability to keep production consistent when the conditions make that difficult.

Nine years in Texas. We still feel it every time we pull onto a site.
This state holds contractors to a standard, in the work ethic, in the pride operators take in their craft, in the expectation that what you do here holds up under conditions that expose every weakness. Turner Mining Group did not come to Texas to conduct transactions. We came to build something with permanence. To earn the right to be here alongside the best in this industry.

When Turner Mining Group moves frac sand out of the Permian Basin, we understand where it goes. Into domestic energy production. Into the supply chains that underpin energy independence for this country.

Frac sand is not a commodity in the background of domestic production. It is essential to it. We know what it means when supply becomes unreliable — when the operations feeding that chain lose discipline or slow down. That is why precision is not optional in how we run our Texas sites. It is the standard.

We have scaled our presence in Texas deliberately and without compromising the precision that keeps production moving. Growth without discipline is not something we pursue.

This work matters — to our crews, to our partners, and to the country that depends on what comes out of the Permian Basin. We treat every site with the same standard. But in Texas, we carry it with particular pride.

Real safety culture is not audited into existence. It is built through the decisions people make when no one is watching — and through site leadership that never allows the standard to slip, regardless of schedule pressure or conditions on the ground.

We have maintained 2,000,000+ consecutive man-hours without a lost-time incident. That record belongs to every crew member who chose to look out for the person working next to them.
