Hi Friends. If you or anyone you know is looking for an affordable space for your classes, we have one that just opened up and you can have it as low as $10/hour. The room is 40 x 25 (~1000sqft) and has an epoxied concrete floor, making it easy to clean. The ceilings are close to 12 feet in height and it has a large north facing and medium south facing window with a steel security door. This is a great educational space for clean Art Classes, Yoga/Fitness Sessions, Dance Lessons, Martial Arts Practice, Dog Trainings and so much more.

If you want the room all for yourself, we offer a one year lease at $725/month with all utils included in the price. the Space comes with electricity, trash removal, and hi speed WIFI. We can offer additional services or build out options at an additional costs. We also offer 3 public bathrooms spaces through our Gallery and have outdoor stage with tables and seating.
