Another Dream Builders custom home is complete! 🏡

We’re excited to share the finished (just a few punch list items left) Baird House, a custom home designed around comfortable everyday living, beautiful craftsmanship, and its wooded setting.

Inside, some of our favorite features include the vaulted great room, custom kitchen, spacious primary suite and bath, and all of the details that make a custom-built home truly personal. The screened porch may be one of our favorite spaces in the entire house — a perfect place to enjoy the surrounding woods.

🏡 A new Dream Builders home is officially underway!

There’s something exciting about seeing a new home go from plans to reality. This custom home is being built on a beautiful wooded country property, and today we’re pouring the basement walls.

It may not look much like the renderings yet, but this is where it all begins. The foundation forms are going up, the driveway is in, and before long this jobsite will start looking a lot more like the finished home you see here.

We’ll be sharing progress along the way — from the foundation and framing all the way through the finishing touches.

🏡 Outdoor living, built for more than just a backyard.

This outdoor living project is really starting to come together! We’ve covered the existing patio and added a custom bar and outdoor kitchen designed to make this space perfect for cooking, entertaining, or simply relaxing outside.

The new outdoor kitchen features a built-in grill, side burner, sink, plenty of storage and prep space, along with a large bar and seating area. We also love the combination of natural wood, stone, dark countertops, and the green tile backsplash.

There’s still more to come — including finishing details and a new wall color (you can even spot the paint sample!) — but we couldn’t wait to share the progress.

🏠 Ventura House Construction Update

The Ventura house is really starting to take shape!

Framing has progressed throughout the home, and some of the features that make this design special are becoming much easier to see — soaring ceilings, dramatic window openings, open living spaces, and plenty of natural light.

At this stage of construction, you can finally begin to walk through the house and get a sense of the scale and character that were once only visible on the plans.

There’s still a lot of work ahead, but it’s exciting to watch the vision become a home.

From a simple block garage to The Sip.

When we first walked into this building, it was hard to imagine what it would eventually become.

Dream Builders transformed the existing structure into The Sip Craft Beer Pub — creating a completely new exterior, an open bar and gathering space with exposed trusses and brick, custom finishes throughout, and a large outdoor patio designed for people to gather and enjoy.

The best part is seeing the finished space full of people. That's when a construction project becomes something more than a building.

🏡 **Frailey House Progress Update**

The Frailey home is entering another exciting stage—drywall is officially underway!

One of our favorite parts of this property is the approach. The long, winding driveway climbs through the woods, and as you make your way up the hill, the home slowly comes into view.

Inside, the spaces are really beginning to take shape. With drywall going up, you can finally start to see the rooms, ceiling heights, window placement, and overall flow of the home much more clearly.

And those doors leading to the outdoor living area and the front door? **They’re 10 feet tall.** Details like that add incredible scale and help bring even more natural light and views into the home.

This stage always feels like a turning point. What started as framing and open walls is beginning to feel like a real home.

We’ll keep sharing the progress as the Frailey house moves closer to the finish line!
