Brownfield redevelopment brings new life to underused properties, and it takes perspectives from across environmental science, economic development, planning, engineering, real estate, government, and other disciplines. On October 22–23, 2026, professionals working across these areas will come together at Brownfields and Beyond: 2026 Minnesota Redevelopment Conference (tag) at Mayo Civic Center in Rochester, Minnesota.

Looking for a job where you keep learning? Ricardo Padilla took his first traveling role with us and grew into a lead technician in about a year.

About a year later, he is now the lead material testing technician on a project in North Dakota.
