After joining D&M as an assistant superintendent in 2023, Adam was invited to step into the project superintendent role on a large project. There was plenty to learn, but he always had someone available to answer questions and help him work through the challenges. That mentorship gave him the confidence to keep moving forward.

Today, Adam leads the day-to-day work in the field, making sure projects run safely, on schedule, and within budget. He thrives on the challenge of overseeing large-scale projects and the satisfaction of driving past structures he helped build. Adam’s early success is proof that Dugan and Meyers provides opportunities for those who are willing to go the extra mile to take on something new.

After completing Dugan & Meyers’ full onboarding and safety training, our co-ops will gain hands-on experience at job sites and in our Estimating department. They’ll also learn from industry mentors and participate in monthly project tours that offer valuable networking opportunities.

Last month, our Dugan & Meyers Columbus office team traded the office for the tee box and enjoyed an evening at Topgolf! ⛳

For those who were able to join after work, it was a great opportunity to spend time together outside of the workplace and enjoy plenty of laughs and stories along the way.

We’re grateful for moments like these that give our co-workers the opportunity to connect, have some fun, and strengthen relationships beyond the workday. Thanks to everyone who joined us for a great evening!

Welcome Dugan & Meyers Summer 2026 Co-ops: Anthony, Dominic, Eli, Jared, and Timothy!

Our new class of Co-ops includes new and returning students. This semester they have been assigned to projects in all divisions. Our Co-ops complete the full company on-boarding process, including extensive Safety Training. This experience provides individuals with diverse opportunities to learn in several facets of the construction industry including hands-on experience in engineering, estimating and management at the home office and on our job sites.
