APSX, LLC.

APSX, LLC. APSX provides technology for advanced manufacturing for small businesses and individuals.

We create SIMPLE solutions with ADVANCED technology for people who has "be the first" mindset.. APSX designs and manufactures advanced production solutions such as plastic injection machines (APSX-PIM), LSR silicone injection machines (APSX-LSR), and Swiss-Type lathes (APSX-NANO). Providing people with the knowledge to speed up their prototyping and production is the sole mission at APSX. APSX was

founded in 2006 with a clear goal: design and build tools for companies, innovators, and entrepreneurs to go from “cool idea” to “finished product” quickly. Simplicity in design makes our machines reliable and easy to maintain, minimizing operating costs while maximizing output.

Short shot? Flash? Sink marks?

Injection molding troubleshooting becomes much easier when you stop changing everything at once.

In this new APSX video, we walk through a practical troubleshooting approach using the APSX-PIM V3, including how changes in:

Temperature → Pressure → Shot Size → Packing → Cooling → Part Geometry

can affect the final molded part.

We also look at common issues such as incomplete filling, excess material/flash and sink marks—and the process adjustments that can help correct them.

The objective is simple: change one variable, evaluate the result, and build a repeatable molding process.

Watch the video to see the troubleshooting process in action.

APSX-PIM was recently featured in Plastics Today for its role in helping Cherry Creek Innovation Campus bring real injection molding training into a high school manufacturing program.

Students are using compact APSX-PIM machines to learn the fundamentals of plastic injection molding, mold setup, material behavior, process control, part quality, and hands-on manufacturing workflow.

This is exactly why APSX, LLC.'s APSX-PIM is a strong fit for technical education programs: it gives students access to real molded plastic part production without the cost, footprint, and complexity of a full-size industrial molding machine.

This video shows MANTLE 3D printed metal mold inserts on the APSX-PIM.
Why does this matter? Because it gives engineers and product developers a faster, lower-risk way to create real injection molded parts without the long lead times and high upfront cost of traditional tooling. TOOL MAKING REINVENTED.
And more is coming soon: LSR injection molding with 3D printed metal molds.
