Kismet Rubber offers employees the convenience of day shift only work, Monday - Friday, 7am to 3:30pm. When overtime is required, shift is 5am to 3:30pm. We are closed on weekends to allow for family time. Starting pay is $15.00 an hour for most positions. Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTOR and ASSISTANT QUALITY MANAGER

Kismet Rubber is accepting applications for a Quality Control Inspector and Assistant Quality Manager. Starting pay is determined by previous quality inspection and/or quality management experience.

WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Thursday, 10-hour shifts (5am - 3:30pm) and Fridays (5am - 1:30pm) as needed. OFF WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS!

Applicants must come by our facility located at 215 Industrial Blvd, Blue Ridge Georgia, to apply for the Quality Control Inspector position. Previous quality control/inspection experience in manufacturing is required to apply.

QUALITY CONTROL INSPECTORS are responsible for examining products and materials for conformance with part drawings/dimensions and for defects or deviations in specifications.

ASSISTANT QUALITY MANAGER is responsible for all duties of the Quality Control Inspector as well as supervising Quality Control Inspectors and offering support to the Quality Manager by handling administrative tasks as well as customer and vendor communications.

Successful applicants will have the ability to:
•Report to work dependably and on time (early morning start time)
•Work in a heat-intensive plant environment, lift up to 25 pounds, and stand for long periods of time
•Read and interpret part drawings (attention to detail)
•Accurately use measuring devices such as measuring tapes, rulers, calipers, and gauges
•Use Microsoft Outlook (email) and Excel (spreadsheet) and other computer software
-Assistant Quality Manager must have the ability to quickly become proficient with the company's ERP/MRP software
•Work overtime (Fridays: 5am - 1:30pm as needed)
