Kismet Rubber Products Corporation Kismet Rubber Products is a leading manufacturer of custom rubber and silicone extrusions of high-performance materials for industrial applications.

Kismet Rubber offers employees the convenience of day shift only work, Monday - Friday, 7am to 3:30pm. When overtime is required, shift is 5am to 3:30pm. We are closed on weekends to allow for family time. Starting pay is $15.00 an hour for most positions. Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. Benefits and paid time off start after 90 days, and we offer a competitive pay
