What type of investments are you looking for currently?

We have a very unique vertically and horizontally integrated BTR model and partnerships with institutional money. Our overall model is to develop and build assets that we can co-own with our equity partners and recycle the equity into deal after deal as we are building below 65% of asset value which means we can build, lease, get financing after stabilization, and recycle the money into the next deal leaving no cash behind.
