🚨 MAJOR ATF UPDATE: NFA Registry & Prior-Approval Dropped Nationwide 🚨

Effective today, October 9, 2026, the ATF has released an official Open Letter changing how suppressors, SBRs, SBSs, and AOWs are handled.

What you need to know:

• No More NFA Registration: The ATF will no longer require individuals to seek prior ATF approval or register these items under the National Fi***rms Act (NFA).

• Uniform Policy: This policy applies nationwide to everyone, not just specific litigants.

• Standard Laws Still Apply: Buyers must still be legally eligible, fill out a standard Form 4473, pass a regular NICS background check, and comply with all state and local laws.

We have officially closed 100% at Brookshire GunWerks and Jason is now with MidSouth Tactical!
This is a HUGE accomplishment and we are super excited!
Jason has SO MUCH MORE availability to grow with having 8,000 square foot of machining shop!
