We recently sat down with Craig, who joined us in March as a Project Manager, to hear about his first four months with the Fraser Construction team. Here is what he had to say:

🔹 On his favorite projects so far:
"I’m currently working on two projects at Oldfield Club—renovations at the Community Club and Sports Club. The Sports Club is the most exciting for me since I have been involved from before construction even started."

🔹 On what keeps him busy day-to-day:
"A lot of communication and management! My days include daily conversations with project supervisors regarding progress, reviewing subcontractor submittals and RFIs, and preparing owner invoices. I also handle sub-contracts, change orders, and monthly budget reviews for the Fraser team."

🔹 On the importance of teamwork:
"Having a strong team is extremely important in construction because it improves job site safety, enhances problem-solving, and keeps projects on schedule and within budget."

We love looking back at the incredible milestones that helped shape our community!

Recently, the sweet 3K class at Cross Schools has been learning all about the history of their campus. We were absolutely thrilled to share the original blueprints with them, along with this amazing throwback video of the steeple being placed on their chapel!

It is so incredibly special to see the next generation getting excited about how the pieces of their school came together. We are so proud of the work we did to bring Cross Schools to life, and we love being a part of this community! 🏗️💙

When summer temperatures and infamous Lowcountry humidity reach record highs, commercial HVAC systems are forced to work double time. Looking back at the day we officially broke ground on the Bluffton Township Fire District Station 39 in Okatie! 🚒✨

Once finished, this new station will bring fire resources and a Beaufort County EMS ambulance straight to Sun City, Lawton Station, Cypress Ridge, and Hampton Lake, massively cutting down emergency response times where it matters most. 🙌
