🚧Construction Update & Closures🚧

The New River Trail parking lot off Okatie Highway will be closed to the public from Monday, May 13, 2024, to Friday, May 24, 2024, for the construction and installation of the new restroom.

Construction trucks will be heavily present in and out of the parking lot entrance between the two Heritage Neighborhood entrances. Thank you for your patience during the process of these improvements.

Whipping together some special ingredients provided by our sister company Carolina Timber and Millwork. This is a first for us. Locally harvested, milled and installed oak trim. Our plan is to lightly lime wash the panels and fireplace surround so the grain is still prominent. Corner boards, base board and flooring to follow. We ❤️ wood!
