📣 Happy Monday, March 2nd! Can we believe it’s already March?! It feels like we were just celebrating Christmas with our families! 🤯
We have a very ✨important✨ & exciting announcement to share with all of our wonderful customers! Starting today, our office will be transitioning into a new Customer Relations Management (CRM) software! For the past two years we have really struggled to maintain the proper coverage to be able to provide each of you with the best service; but we promised we were working diligently to improve and THIS is the first big step towards that goal. We do ask for your continued patience as all of our staff finish training and buckle 🆙 for all of the awesomeness to come! Over the next few weeks, we will start rolling out AUTOMATIC schedule reminders via text and/or email, our technicians will start utilizing a more “techno” friendly approach to let homeowners know when they are on the way and our dispatch team will be focused on our biannual maintenance contracts and giving homeowners the best service possible. 🤩
