Position: Office Manager
Starting Salary: up to $54,000

Slick Rock Concrete (https://www.slickrockconcrete.com/) located in Boerne Tx, is a leader in the manufacturing of architectural precast concrete items for the pool and landscaping industries. Slick Rock was first established in 2007 and continues to be an industry leader whose products are sold nationwide through a wide variety of e-commerce and brick and mortar vendors.

This position will perform all office tasks associated with managing a high-end, designer concrete product line. Job duties include, but are not limited to:

1. Phone and email correspondence

2. Estimates and invoicing (within Quickbooks)

3. Shipping logistics

4. Accounts payables/receivables

5. Tracking inventory and create workshop production schedules (within Excel)

6. Work with our team of (14) national sales reps

The ideal candidate should be self-motivated and able to multitask under their own supervision.

Quickbooks experience is a plus.

Work Location: In person

Slick Rock manufacturers contemporary concrete planters, fire bowls, water feature, fountains, PSD benches, and unique concrete landscape basins.

Job Description: Concrete Flooring Laborer

Job Type: Full Time

REQUIREMENTS

Experience with decorative flooring installation a plus.

MUST BE ABLE TO REPORT TO WORK AT THE DESIGNATED START TIME

Must be self-starter/strong initiative

Must be hardworking, honest and dependable, who takes pride in a job well done

OSHA 10/30-Hour certification a plus

Valid driver’s license and a safe driver’s record is required.

Ability to communicate in English via verbal and written communications

Ability to travel throughout the Texas region

Unrestricted lifting ability

Ability to push or pull, kneel and crawl

Ability to physically maneuver by foot minor obstacles at construction projects

Hear well enough to recognize the sound of horns and sirens on moving equipment

Work outdoors with exposure to changing weather conditions such as rain, sun, and wind.

You will be required to wear puncture resistant footwear, long pants and four-inch sleeves along with proper PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, etc.)

Ability to work overtime as needed
