Eastern Industrial Services is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

-Plan and schedule appointments and events
-Greet and assist onsite guests
-Answer inbound telephone calls
-Daily attendance
-Payroll
-Review invoices
-Create financial reports
-Assist Book keeper with book keeping duties
-Handle HR duties
-Develop and implement organized filing systems
-Perform other miscellaneous office tasks
-Qualifications:

-Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
-Ability to prioritize and multitask
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Strong attention to detail
​-Strong organizational skills
-Experience with Book keeping duties and/or finances

Over 1 mile of underground triple walled high temperature hot water pipe installed through out the active campus of Stony Brook University. Almost every joint was X-ray tested.

(2) New Weil Mcclain condensing boilers were installed to supply hot water to (3) unit heaters (2) air handlers & (8) VAV's. Over 500' of pipe was installed in this new healthcare facility in Bellport NY. We used Nibco press fit fittings and Macon coil packs to meet the customers budget.
