On Friday, January 23, our team attended the Laurelton Station ribbon cutting, marking an important milestone in a comprehensive ADA accessibility initiative across the LIRR for MTA. This joint venture with delivered critical ADA and state-of-good-repair improvements, including the installation and replacement of 10 elevators and 1 escalator; ADA-compliant paths of travel, walkways, lighting, and signage; platform upgrades such as tactile strips and safety markings; accessible parking, sidewalks, curb ramps, and crosswalks; as well as upgraded communication, safety, and public address systems. We are proud to help ensure Long Island’s transit system is more accessible, inclusive, and reliable for all riders!

What a year! As 2025 comes to a close, we want to acknowledge our amazing team, clients, and partners who make our work possible. This year, we celebrated receiving the STA Silver Shovel Award, broke ground on our Amtrak Airo Trainset Project, and kicked off projects at P.S. 508Q, Fort Totten, and CUNY Wingate Hall. We also completed important work improving accessibility at LIRR stations, upgrading Grand Central Station, and enhancing P.S. 160Q. Today we celebrated the completion of major ADA accessibility improvements at Valley Stream Station. The project was a joint venture with and included the replacement of the existing elevator and escalator, construction of a new elevator shaft with structural platform and viaduct modifications, widening of the escalator, and the addition of a new stair connecting ground level to the platform. An electrical service upgrade was also completed to support the new systems. These improvements help create safer, more accessible travel for the Long Island Rail Road community and reflect a continued commitment to inclusive, modern transit infrastructure. Great job team!

Today we joined and to film a feature on Lehman College’s five-story Nursing, Education, Research & Practice Center. The 52,000 sq. ft. facility includes 40 simulation stations, integrated medical systems, recording capabilities for educator review and AI-driven training mannequins. The building is designed to replicate real-world medical scenarios and elevate hands-on learning for future healthcare professionals. We are proud to help showcase a project that is shaping the future of healthcare education.
