A large tree fell on this bathroom addition of this home. TC&S has been task with getting it back to normal. The first phase is to raise the house where the rim joist can be replaced. The first picture is before the lifting started. The last is after it had been lifted back to level. The next step is to fully secure the floor joist so the rim joist can be removed.
