Fall and colder weather is approaching. It's important to at least have your equipment checked out to make sure everything is ready to go as we transition from cooling to heating. One of the dirtiest I've come across in a bit. Clogged dryer vent has many potential issues that will arise. Your dryer heating element can easily overheat and fail. Poor dryer performance requiring you to run several cycles just to get clothing to dry. Not to mention, carbon monoxide could possibly be leaking into your home. Issue: poor airflow in the kitchen area.
Took a tour in the crawlspace and discovered a very poorly installed supply run yet with holes in the actual run. Poorly installed runs = poor airflow. Fixed it up now satisfied! Call and get your ductwork inspected. 864 753 7780

Customer says they have not had heat or cool in the apartment for over a year. Companies came out and "fixed" the issue.
This is a heat pump unit with a secondary heat strip. Within the first 15 minutes I've discovered the heat strip were not even connected. Fixed that issue. Heat pump was not working or ac. Compressor kicks on but not the motor fan. After inspection of the wiring, a new motor needed to be added. Capacitor was inspected and replaced as a perk for the customer. After motor replacement and wiring corrections, customer now have proper air conditioning and heating via heat pump and heat strips.

Another clogged dryer vent has been rescued from future issues. Customer had mentioned poor airflow throughout the home, requesting myself to investigate what's going on. Upon discovery, several supply runs are completely ripped off, not to mention a 12-inch hole in the duct work. We will most certainly take care of our customers.
