Well after almost two years from the time we first saw these windows. It’s super sad the couldn’t be saved.

If anyone is interested in some of the medium windows let me know. We salvaged any kites and panels we could for re-use in the “Church”. We also pulled some very cool pieces of glass tile. The larger windows lead cames, have deteriorated and the windows are not suitable for indoor use without a variety of fixes.

I would like to keep these windows or panels in my neighborhood. Let us know.

After Cooper spent hundreds of hours learning literally everything he could about stained glass, including talking to experts all over the world he came to the conclusion that the 100 year old windows couldn’t be kept. Unfortunately they were broken beyond repair and frankly unsafe for our community, so we are starting to take them out today. We got the big one out and the new window in! We plan to salvage as much of the stained glass as we possibly can so it doesn’t go to waste.

Pella Windows and Doors got us our custom windows to fit the shape of the original windows and they look so good (shout out to Pedro and Gary for carrying them in, you guys are animals) We think they look great and we’re excited to get them all in! Hopefully all of you in the Boise Northend like them too!
