This past Saturday, our team was proud to host a booth at The Big Dig, a great event hosted by the American Cancer Society. We brought a STEM game for kids (and it turned out to be just as fun and challenging for adults too) and had the chance to connect with so many families, industry partners, and sponsors who came together in support of childhood cancer awareness.

Funds raised through The Big Dig directly support childhood cancer research, education, advocacy, and services, while also promoting cancer prevention efforts that may reduce children’s risk later in life.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth and to the American Cancer Society for hosting such a meaningful event!

This morning we celebrated a major milestone for the College of Western Idaho — the final piece of steel was placed on the new CapEd Student Success Center! 🥳

CWI continues to grow and evolve, providing incredible opportunities for students across the Treasure Valley. This project is a testimate to their commitment to education and the future of our community.

It’s been an honor to represent CWI and be a part of this journey. Cant wait to see the building come to life! 🏗️

Friday night reminded us how much good there is in our community! Boys & Girls Clubs of Ada County Wild West Auction was a wonderful event, and the work they do for children in Ada County is truly life-changing!

Plus, Idaho Gives is going on now through May 1st. If you missed the auction, you can still support the Boys & Girls Club of Ada County along with so many other great nonprofits that are constantly making a difference here in Idaho!

A new chapter in higher education is underway in the Treasure Valley with the groundbreaking of the CWI CapEd Student Success Center. In just 18 years, the College of Western Idaho has made a profound impact, empowering students, staff, and faculty while strengthening our community.

Despite the 20-degree weather, the energy was high, and the community showed up in full force. We can’t wait to watch this project take shape and see the lasting impact it will have on students and the entire Treasure Valley! 🎉

We're thrilled to announce the completion of the Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) Center, part of the Idaho Outdoor Fieldhouse. This facility is now the largest privately owned HBOT center in the U.S. Thank you to Tobin Rogers for the stunning photos that capture its excellence.

The Fieldhouse received the Award of Merit in the ENR 2024 Mountain States Best Projects—a well-deserved recognition for an outstanding team effort!

As our Desert Sage Health Centers project in Mountain Home, ID wraps up, we're thrilled to see this stunning facility come to life. Spanning roughly 31,000 sq ft, it's set to offer comprehensive healthcare services to all, regardless of barriers.

From medical and dental to behavioral health and pharmacy services, it's all under one roof! This facility is one of the first in the nation to incorporate permanent drive-up car clinic bays, offering patients convenient medical consultations, all from the comfort of their vehicles!

Huge shoutout to Mary Ferguson and A.J. Jordan at Desert Sage Health Centers, Andersen Construction, Hummel Architects PLLC, and our very own Jorgen Vaage for their hard work bringing this resource to the community and surrounding areas.

Johnathon Caradonna started at Paradigm as a Senior Project Manager in 2021 and has been an essential member of our team ever since. He brings over 15 years of leadership and project management experience and recently obtained his Public Works Contractor License in Construction Management.

Fun Fact:
🇺🇸Johnathon served in the U.S. Navy as an Air Traffic Controller, contributing to air traffic control services for U.S. Navy aircraft.

His dedication enhances Paradigms capabilities for future projects.
